The latest song I've 'rediscovered' is The Inner Light. Anyone else think it's a great song?

It's the B-side of Lady Madonna and is also on the album Past Masters Vol. 2. Probably one of the least well known Beatles songs.

I actually only heard this song in its entirety for the first time about a month ago. It's an easy song to skip over. I liked it, but I don't think it's as good as some of my other favorite songs by George like "I Need You" and "I Want To Tell You."

Another song from that era that slips under the radar is "Tell Me What You See" from "Help!"

Another great song I just rediscovered is their cover of Smokey Robinson's "You Really Got A Hold On Me." It was released on With the Beatles. I love John's vocals and the guitar hook is so great.

My better half never ceases to amaze me, she loves the Beatles (maybe not as much as me but she wears a sequened Beatles shirt) but hates Paul and his "this was me" attitude. It drives her crazy although she loves a lot of Pauls songs. Anyway while I was at work yesterday she played Abbey Road, A Hard Days Night and Anthology one. However when Anthology got to Mr. Moonlight (this was shortly after I got home) she nearly hit the roof, the volume went up and the boys were forbidden to make a noise until the song was finished whereby she promptly hit repeat. I had not heard this song so loud in years and realised what a great vocal John put in on this track, it really was one of his great covers.

I just rediscovered ''Real Love''. It's an amazing song! I love the ''John Solo version'' best, but the Anthology version isn't bad either.

I've always been surprised at how many people don't like Mr Moonlight (it often seems to appear in people's Top 10 Worst Beatles Songs). It was definitely one of John's best vocals.

I love Mr. Moonlight, definitely one of John's best vocal performances. I've recently rediscovered 'Boys' and 'Besame Mucho' ('tcha tcha bum'). Amazing

I think most of my favourite Beatles songs are probably from 1965 and later too, but I still like all their early music. I love the energy of the earlier songs. I totally agree. Most of my favorite Beatles songs are from 1966-1967. Lately I've been listening to Here Comes the Sun and You've Got To Hide Your Love Away a lot more. I've always liked those songs, but I just forgot about them I guess

I've re-discovered 'I Call Your Name'. A great song.
