I've been a Beatles fan since 1979 when I started watching reruns of The Beatles cartoon. I fell in love with Paul McCartney and he became my favorite Beatle. Then I saw Help for the first time in 1988. I fell in love with John Lennon and switched my favorite Beatle from Paul to John.

February 9, 1964 (1st Ed Sullivan appearance) was my date for being a fan and I've been hooked ever since. ;D

I've only been a fan since June 2009. I cannot believe I was missing out on the most amazing band ever. Even though I've been a fan for only a short time, it seems like I've loved them my whole life.

I've been a fan since the fall of 2006. I bought 1 and I KNEW that wasn't going to be all. I was right, but I'm glad I was right.

Lennon Pie- oh no no no, that's not unfortunate at all! For me it all started about last December, when my dad bought a Double Fantasy cassette tape at a market. (He got it for about one dollar!)* I listened to it every night as I went off to sleep. Loved all the songs! Funny thing, I then listened to some Beatles songs... but didn't like them!! But I must have come 'round to my senses after a while and got bitten with the Beatle Bug *Best dollar ever spent! Christina

When I was in high school I was in chorus and the second part of our spring concert was a tribute to The Beatles. I have been a fan ever since.

My mom used to play beatles tapes/CD's in the car all the time when I was a kid, in the 90's. I remember truly becoming a fan of them in fall of '06; then a full-blown Lennon fan in summer '07, after I heard "Free As A Bird" I couldn't put it down, so I started listening more and more, and I've been obsessed ever since.

I've been a Beatles fan for the vast majority of my life, say 40 years or so.
My eldest sister actually saw the Beatles live in 1966 when they came to Boston, MA.

I had known about them for a while, but I hadn't heard much of their music, and I didn't really have the urge to check them out. It all started for me when I found an Abbey Road CD at a thrift store, which my mom bought for me. I listened to it as soon as I got home and I was blown away.

a long time, I went to my nana's house and picked up a record, Beatles for Sale I chucked it on the record player and my musical world changed forever. No Reply sounded like nothing I'd heard before, sure I'd heard a few Beatles songs on the radio, But when you actually listen to the music - you change! I was 13 -14 years old.

Between 6 and 10 years. My parents influenced my music taste, and The Beatles quickly became my favourite band.
