I'm sure we all know that it's almost John's birthday (next Tuesday!) Is anyone planning to do something special to remember his birthday? Are you lucky enough to live in a place where you can meet up with other fans on October 9th, or will you just spend some time listening to his music? Tell us about your plans.

I'll be listening to his music of course (though I do that every day)...I wish I could go to Iceland to see the unveiling of the peace tower .

I will normally play a few of his albums, given the time, and reflect on his message of peace and how much work there is still to do.Say Say Say - Paul McCartney

I'll be working on Tuesday but when I come home I will light a candle and play some of John's albums.

Every year for his birthday I start the morning out lighting a white candle for him (which burns all day) then I listen to some of his music then I watch my John Lennon Legends DVD followed by more music. My thoughts are about his and his family all day.

Well, I'm half of an acoustic, female Beatles tribute duo called "Luv Me Deux". For the past 2 years, we've done special birthday party concerts for John.

Usually, I write something for him. The first thing I do in the morning is wishing him a Happy Birthday. I look at the sky and say 'Happy Birthday, John. Thank YOU for everything. I love you.'

Normally I wear my black top and wear John badges then listen to his music and in the evening I'd watch Come Together A Night For John Lennon and then watch Imagine: John Lennon while I lit a candle. I do the exact same on December 8th except I have a special poster I made on my door which reads "MAKE THIS A DAY FOR LOVE NOT A DAY FOR VIOLANCE John Lennon 1940-1980

I write a blog on myspace dedicated to him on his birthday and on the anniversary of his death. I plan on doing the same this year.
