I've heard some of the songs. Well, I think that the magic of the lyrics kind of fade away with all the sounds involved. Yoko has potential, she has already proved that - not one of her best albums, that's for sure.

I don't consider her either a great musician or singer. But if she loves the music she makes and loves what she performs and records, that's good enough for me. I just wouldn't run out and buy it on purpose or anything. However, if a record of hers fell from the sky and landed on my doorstep, I might give it a listen.

I havn't heard her music, but I just saw on myspace that a dance mix of hers for Give Peace a Chance is doing very well. Are these mixes at all enjoyed by anyone who has heard them?

I really haven't heard ALOT of her songs but the ones I HAVE heard I hadn't liked. The song she sang with John "The Luck Of The Irish" was tolerable.

I've never heard the albums she put out parallel to John's albums. I like some of the songs she did for Double Fantasy. "Yes I'm You're Angel" always makes me smile for some reason...just catchy I guess.

I voted for the second option, but I have to admit when it comes to Yoko's music that I like, it ends up probably being my fave song on the album, I do think she has a unique quality to her music, Walking On Thin Ice is a perfect example.

I believe Yoko is a great artist, in her own right, even though I'm not a hardcore fan & she didn't breakup the Beatles. I like Sisters O Sisters from Sometime In NYC & her best work is on Double Fantasy.

I don't mind some of her songs! I find that I listen to them more for the lyrics than the tune. ("We're All Water" anyone? It has a great message!) I often think that her vision of music wasn't able to be properly conveyed at the time that it was recorded. The remixes and collaborations she's done presently suit her style much better. She was way ahead of her time. Having said that, there are a number of songs she's done that I'm not sure I understand or like, but I respect them. She was just expressing herself, and it certainly was unique! You've got to give her that.

I like some of it. The songs where she sings in her 'normal voice' are not too bad but I'm not a fan of her more avant-garde kind of music. I agree, I like a few songs, maybe some craziness, but not a whole song of it, its too much. She sings nice sometimes. I do like when she sang with John too. But would people like here music at all if she was just a random person?

Since there was no "Her music makes me lol" choice i selected "no i hate it" even though i don't hate it i just don't prefer it. Her shrieking makes me laugh, anything that makes me laugh is good in my book.

Voted for 'yes, I love it'! In 50 or 100 years, people will understand how unique, interesting and beautiful her songs are. I also think that she's a far better song writer than John was. Her lyrics on the 'A.I.U.' album for instance are smashing!
