I got it... and it's a thrill for me to have a gem like this! Yesterday I spent almost the whole afternoon reading May's book, although there's not much to read, being the book plenty full of pics and short notes. I've been looking and staring at every single pic of the book just to catch the atmosphere of the moment when it was taken... when I arrived at the ones taken while John was signing for the split of the Beatles, my heart stopped for a while. Those pics worth the whole book, believe me. You can see the pain and the regret on John's face, they are really touching. I feel so privileged to own that book, I will not stop thanking a friend of mine who got the chance to visit N.Y.C. and bought the book for me.

Sounds excellent. These photos are totally new to us, it is sure to be a treat to look through this book. The first flip through is to be an unforgettable experience indeed.

I just went out and bought it. OMG it's amazing!! Such lovely, candid photos that show us the real John during this time. I couldn't help but feel sorry for May by the end though. Anyone else have it yet?Instant Karma - John Lennon
