Does anyone have heard the new song Nine in the Afternoon by Panic at the Disco? I think Its very influenced by the Beatles and I have heard that the whole production is influenced by them. The video is very surreal and bizarre, it reminds me so much to Magical Mystery Tour. (and I think that was the intention) There’s a part of the song with a clock ringing that reminds me so much to A Day in the Life... I like the song it got a very catchy tune and the video is very creative, the best thing I have seen lately I would say. What do you guys think? here is the link www.youtube.com/watch?v=yCto3PCn8wo

Yes that track is very Beatley, it starts of like A day in the life and the video is almost Magical Mystery tour with all of the animal heads and the parade. The end with the string arrangement is so George Martin it scream Beatles. A Good Find.

Yeah, the whole song it scream Beatles indeed! I love the parade and definitely love the bear in the piano. What I like the most is that it’s still Panic at Disco stile, but with many reminiscences to the Beatles’ music and work. The strings arrangement is definitely very George Martin. I think I going to buy the album, I’m very curious about it.

Two members left the band recently over "creative differences." Their new band is staying with the same older sound. Their new band is called The Young Veins. The first single is really good. Kind of like early Kinks stuff. www.myspace.com/theyoungveins
