I like both albums but I think Milk And Honey is a lot better. John's songs are better and even Yoko is a little better but still bad. The production is loose and is off the cuffs. I like the production of M&H because it's not as slick as Double Fantasy and actually benefits the song in a way. Does Milk And Honey come even close to Double Fantasy's poignancy and beautifulness? Yes, and no, because most of the songs are mostly not as polished or even finished as Double Fantasy was. However, there is a song on there that is just simply beautiful and should worth noting. It's called Grow Old With Me, which was one of John's last recordings ever made! The lyrics are fantastic and the melody is very haunting and pretty at the same time and rivals Woman for it's melody and superb lyrics. What's amazing about Milk And Honey is that it never feels like John has left us. It felt like as if John was still alive, and was still making records while having fun.

I agree with you, milb78. Two great albums, if you'd ask me. Milk & Honey is such a great album, and the fact that it was released after John's death really made us believe that, in some way, he was still alive, making songs. What I love about Milk & Honey is that it is so raw and poignant, and Yoko's songs are great. However, I'm not sure about which one is the best; they both sound brilliantly. Thanks, John, for all those beautiful songs.

I like Double Fantasy better. But they're both good.
