What do you do on Dec. 8? I usually listen to John's music and celebrate his life.

Last year--my first Beatle-ish occasion since I'd gotten into them enough to realize it--I wore my All You Need Is Love shirt and, well, posted a rather lengthy blog on myspace...listened to his songs and I spent lots of time at Barnes & Noble that day purely by coincidence but I looked at some books and just...thought.
This year, god, I dunno.

I'm thinking about wearing my John Lennon shirt on the 8th. I wore it on his birthday too.

I play his songs on the guitar and wear a Lennon t-shirt. I use a badge and I lit a candle. I usually write a poem or a letter to him. Then I put it on an envelope and write the Dakota address in it. It's a way of not thinking of what really happened. Usually I get really depressed, but I won't this year. All those tears aren't good for his soul. He would want us to laugh and to listen to his songs with joy.
