A new film will be made which tells the story of the early life of John Lennon. Nowhere Boy will be a film based on a book by Lennon's half-sister, Julia Baird, which questions the conventional account of his upbringing. Nowhere Boy, which stars Aaron Johnson and Kristin Scott Thomas, tells the story of Lennon's childhood in Liverpool, England. But his 46-year-old son has reservations about the movie, which is directed by Sam Taylor-Wood and will be released on the 29th anniversary of Lennon's death in December (09). He says, "It's weird. I know what I know, I like what I know, and I don't like some of what I know and I don't particularly want to see someone else's variation on that. But Sam seems extremely nice and the film looks as though it will be something interesting."

I like the poster. I will be seeing this film. I'm interested in what source music will be used. Hearing that at the cinema with surround sound will sure be a treat.
