APRIL showers This is a term that denotes spring rains in some parts of the northern hemisphere, particularly in the UK, during the Gregorian or Julian month of April. Pitter, patter rain drops Falling from the sky Here's my umbrella Hold it high! When the rain is over and the sun begins to glow Little flowers start to bud then grow, grow, grow!!! April Showers Bring May Flowers so...if it's pouring rain, bring your umbrella and put on your mac...Rain? Rain, I don't mind...Shine, the weather's fine...

Well, we haven't had many April showers here yet, but I think we're supposed to be having some later in the week. Nice pictures, by the way.

May is the fifth month of the year in the Gregorian Calendar and one of seven Gregorian months with the length of 31 days. It is also a month within the northern season of spring. The month may have been named for the Greek goddess Maia, who was identified with the Roman era goddess of fertility, Bona Dea, whose festival was held in May. Fun Facts:* On May, 1966 The Beatles were working on their album Revolver and they also released their singles "Paperback Writer" and "Rain".* May's birthstone is the emerald which means love or success. * Its birth flower is the Lily of the Valley and the Hawthorn. (This is the Hawthorn.) Now without further adieu here is the Beatles calendar of May...
