I hope the young people of today, dig this greatest hits CD compilation, in this age of the Jonas Bros. This is probably the final big promotion on George as an artist along with the Martin Scorsese documentary.

This is probably the final big promotion on George as an artist along with the Martin Scorsese documentary. I hope so too, beatlestone. I think the track list looks pretty good - most of his big hits are there, as well as a few of my personal favourites such as Cheer Down, Rising Sun and The Ballad Of Sir Frankie Crisp (Let It Roll). By the way, does anyone know when we'll be able to see the Martin Scorsese documentary? I haven't heard anything about it for a while.

I haven't heard anything about it lately either, but I believe the documentary on George, will probably be out next year.

Hi everyone, I have not been around in a while. I hope that you have all been well in my absence. The release of the new George harrison album seemed like a good time to get back in touch with you all. I have all of the tracks that are on this release but I still bought it. The art work is beatiful and very well presented. For someone who has not got much George material this is the place to start and the digitally remastered sounds make these tracks sound great. Worth the money...... Oh yes.

Welcome back nocturnalquadruped, we've missed you.
I haven't bought the new album yet as I already have all the songs on it but I think I'll probably buy it eventually. I agree it seems a good introduction to George's music for a newer fan.

I bought the album this weekend, finally! yay! ;D I've listened to it once and again all this week and I don't get tired of it I liked George's version of "I Don't Wanna Do It" by Bob Dylan and Marwa Blues always makes me nostalgic, the same as "All Those Years Ago" and "All Things Must Pass". And I will say this again: I'm in love with the picture in the cover! The same as in the booklet I agree with nocturnalquadruped, the money worths it and I think that if there's somebody who is interested in knowing more about George's music, this is a great choice. Definitely, a great album that made me love George a little more ;D
