I enjoyed the presentation. Nothing new, how would that be possible?, but it did a great job of taking me back. I enjoy the real clips and interviews in comparison with movies or books created to "reinvent" the story. In retrospect, I remember how a lot of John's post-beatle music was looked at like garbage (forget about Yoko's contributions) until he was shot. All of a sudden he became a genious. The documentary did a good job of explaining how disappointed he was that the main stream music scene didn't like his music. However, I remember an interview with John on Cavett, or some show like it, saying the Beatles could write anything and people would like it, bad or good. In closing, how many greatest hits releases does it take to fill the Albert Hall?
