Totally agree with Nowheregirl, without a DNA test it would be almost impossible for anyone to prove it. But I don't discard the possibilities, as the article well said,
''Well, let's be honest, The Beatles could have fathered dozens of children between them. Unless there was scientific proof in the form of DNA, then it doesn't mean a lot. Anyone could put John Lennon's name on a birth certificate.''

Oh, I absolutely agree! There are probably many of them out there, but without DNA testing, there's no proof of any of them. I would think that if that woman were so convinced that she was John's daughter, she would gladly have the test just to prove it.

I still love him!

There are a lot of rumours, but they can't be taken seriously without a DNA paternity test. I do believe that there are a lot of women who had Beatle children and who are proud of it, but remain silent (I've read this somewhere). But let's face it, we've all done things we're not particularly proud of. And I can't help stop loving him just because of this fact - I love him deeply, and this won't change my feelings towards him. In fact, nothing will.

The thing is, I think we should have all known these things about John anyway. Its not like John was the "Good" Beatle. He was known to be cruel, bullying, angry, violent, and a womanizer since he was a teen and then in Hamburg. The story goes that in Hamburg the lads used to sleep with birds at the same time in the same room and then swap if one fancied the other. I think you have to accept that while John and the gang were geniuses in one respect, they were flawed human beings just like the rest of us. Most people when put in their place would take advantage of the opportunities that presented themselves daily. Fortunately, or unfortunately, when you are famous, people want a piece of you and some girls, and men, will do anything to to get that piece of their idols. Temptation is a real B-word. I dont hate John or the others for doing this. I've felt a bit sad and sometimes upset at times, but what would we all do if we were in their place? Its easy to say you wouldnt, but then when actually in the situation its hard not to. Come on! Do it! No one is looking! No one will know! Just you and me! LOL! Also, if anyone has the John Lennon Anthology Box Set, there is a liner note from Yoko about Johns Lost Weekend. She mentions that they were at a party and John was drunk and started having sex with a woman at the party in the coatroom. Yoko and everyone could hear them and they all waited patiently to get their coats and leave until they finished. Thats when Yoko told John they should split and think about their relationship. I am not quite certain Yoko meant for John to take up with May Pang either. I think she meant for May to go with John as his assistant. Ah well! That is Rock n Roll for ya!

I completely agree, TheVoid. We can't judge them, the pressure was too much and temptation lyed on every corner. They were human, as you said. We all are, that's why we have to face the facts and let it be.

I hated people for writing about Cynthia that she's been naive, believing John was faithful to her. What's naive in trusting your husband?! And I don't give a shit on "everyone in the music business doing it", it's simply not right. I think the only mistake Cyn made was to forgive him right away after he confessed his affairs to her. I would have packed my bags and left... and she wouldn't have had to bear the later humiliation when she found him with Yoko. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE John... but that's no reason to idealise him! Just my opinion! I agree 100%!

Thanks apieceofsky, I really love the guy and I have take some time to know him... I have read a lot about him and well I still doesn't know him completely. To me, John as a person is fascinating. The Yin and yang comparison, I read it in a CD named John Lennon Remember, this is an exclusive CD made by Starbucks. There’s a little biography in that CD kind of a description of John and his work and there’s this line that reads, "The jealous guy who was feeling insecure was also a confident philosopher who was fine watching shadows on the wall." The yin and the yang. That inspire me and I wrote that tribute you read. I’m very glad you like it and we can talk about john any time you wanted How cool. Thanks. You must have been very inspired, because what you wrote really was fantastic. Very good. I will keep in touch. apieceofsky I am sorry I dissapeared for a bit. I have returned though. apieceofsky.
