I did in 2003 I recently made friends with a girl in college who looked like Yoko except she wasn't Japanese but had similar hair. People knew I was a huge Lennon fan and kept calling me and my mate John & Yoko (The Ballad Of John & Yoko was our friendship song even though she wasn't a fan.) Like John & Yoko we had a Peace phase and even wrote a song called "Let Peace Be Love". Things went well until she stopped comming to College. I called my "lost weekend" it went through November to the Xmas holidays. I thaught I lost a friend then on the first day back at College in 2004 I got a surprise she came back and we were reunited again. Not seen her in ages I might sent her a email again.

Yes I have had a lost weekend, I got divorced from my first marriage, it's lasted thirteen years up to now, lucky me.

Not really a lost weekend, but my friends and I call ourselves Beatlettes and I'm Lennon and my best friend is McCartney (they're not fans but they like the band anyway). We started calling ourselves that way 'cause we have the same age difference John, Paul and George have. (we're 22, 20 and 19). Well, my best friend and I were like Lennon/McCartney, everything was just perfect, we had fun, we completed each other, etc. But she started working and we didn't see each other that often, so I started hanging with Harrison more often and we're closer now and actually had a little fight with Macca. So I see it like the time when George got together with John to record How Do You Sleep?. Also, we had two other friends before we called ourselves Beatlettes, so now we say one of them was Pete Best, 'cause I didn't like her that much and literally pushed her out of our little friendship group. The other one was Stu, 'cause she was my best friend, but she stabbed me in the back and that made me feel like she died to me, so when we started with our Beatlettes thingie, I called the other two that way xD. Oh and our friendship song is "Three Cool Cats"  |
