home.swipnet.se/~w-29168/BeatMore.htmA racing horse named John Lennon - and Yoko allows itWhen a stable is called Beatles it should have a horse called John Lennon! That's what the family Wihlborg- Hermansson in Borlänge, Sweden, thought, so they wrote a letter to Yoko for her permission. - We never thought that we should get an answer. But... after six months they received a letter signed by Yoko. Of course, the horse was allowed to have the name John Lennon, and she wished them good luck. And luck they have had. John won in the first race on the highly respected and well-known racing track Solvalla in Sweden. After that race he was no worse placed than fourth place. - John is a great horse, and he has his own character. The stable are going to have increasing of the family. If the foal is going the be named Ringo Starr or Paul McCartney isn't decided yet.
