I'm glad I found some you hadn't seen. I think I might have a few more - I'll post them later.

Hehee, girls being girls always fancy pics of blokes in nothing more than swimming clothes. Don't we?! I think it was made during the Hamburg-era, during one of their visits to the Ostsee

Today (June 23) would have been Stuart's birthday.

Stu was such an amazing person, very intelligent, somewhat wild but still sophisticated. I understand why John liked him so much.

According to the movie Backbeat, Stuart was badly beaten up and kicked in the head several time by a group of thugs. John came along and rescued him. He beat up the thugs who attacked Stuart. I've alway liked Stuart and I like the photos of him on this thread. I think John always somehow felt guilty over Stuart's death. He never got over it the rest of his life.

I think John had always felt guilty for Stu's death, once he wasn't there when he died. They were best friends, and John took his absence as some sort of betrayal towards his mate. I can understand why he felt it - after all, they respected each other mutually and John felt that Stu and him were equals in terms of ideals and wit. Losing a friend with who you have such a powerful bond can't be easy, and John was clearly upset.

If he did, it's an unreleased song.

With all the things I've heard about him, I can say that he was a lovely guy (and he was handsome too ) When I see the pics of Stu and John, I think of how stupid is to say that it was John's fault all about Stu's death A couple of months ago I made a video for him: www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Eybx-0MtDk
