I choose Walls And Bridges, because of it's better material, and musical diversity. Yes, DF is good, too. But I like the edgier side of Lennon better.

I would say that both albums are wonderful, but I think I prefer Double Fanatasy. It has great songs, although it's a little sad to know that it was his last album when he was alive

I voted for Walls and Bridges but it was hard to choose between them. I love them both.

I put in a pitch for Walls and Bridges, I guess I got into it earlier and it got flogged, I have had the cd for about twenty odd years and it is a miracle how it has lasted as long as it has. Love those Walls and Bridges.

I found it hard to choose between these two albums because they're so completely different. I voted for Double Fantasy but I love Walls and Bridges too.

My vote goes to Double Fantasy and I absolutely agree with nowheregirl that it's pretty hard to compare these 2 albums : JL in DB is not similar to JL in W&B at all,IMHO. P.S. But actually,it's rather interesting which one of these albums gonna win. Now we have 3 votes for DB and 3 votes for W&B.

To me DF sounds "overproduced", although Jhn's tracks are superb. But in the 80s they had this attitude to clean clean clean the sound, while in the case of a Lennon's recording it wasn't so essential. I realized that when I listened to the Lennon Collection, where the quality of recordings sometimes is not too high, but, IMHO, that's where you find the REAL John.

Yes, some of John's songs didn't need a lot of production. Sometimes they sounded better in a simpler form.
