I've already read this book and it is one of the best Lennon-related books I've read so far. It describes John's life as a child and a teenager in a very accurate way, and you can almost feel his pain through Julia's words. It's a lovely book, and you'll able to understand John in a much deeper way, and you'll gain a new respect towards his family.
Highly recommended.

I've ordered it. The interview with Julia has upsetted me a lot, I don't know if it's all true, but if it is, I really can understand better than ever John's rage and his aggressive behaviour during most of his life. It has saddened me so much.

You'll love the book. Julia is an amazing writer and she obviously loved John very deeply.
