Nice video, but there's surely something better in his works.

I don't know, I really love Woman (both the song and the video)... But of course we all have different favourites.

I haven't watched it in awhile, but is Woman the video where Yoko decided to show the photo of John with his killer as well as John in the morgue? That really bothers me....but I do love the song.

Sara Yes the video contains a photo of John in the morgue. There is a sequence where the photo from the rear of the imagine album changes from colour to black and white. The black and white photo is John after he had been shot. There is also a photo of John signing Chapmans copy of Double Fantasy. Yoko has never been shy of controversy, she has also used John's shattered blood stained glasses for the cover of her album season of the witch. I guess it all depends on your perspective and how you view death. John said dying was like getting out of one car and into another. I think he would have liked to view his life and death as a work of art.

I don't like to see those pictures either, especially not the morgue one, but I think she was using them to try to make people feel shocked and angry about what happened. Other than that, I like the rest of the video, and Woman is one of my favourite songs.

Yes, I totally understand Yoko's thoughts behind using the photos. I was at the Rock and Roll Hall of fame Lennon exhibit in 2001 and I saw his blood stained glasses and the bag of clothes he was wearing that night. It did make a powerful impact on me and reminded me that John was a person who died very tragically.
I personally just don't think a photo that someone took illegally of John in the morgue should have been in the video, but then who am I?

Apparently the person who took that picture received thousands of dollars for selling it to the New York Post and National Enquirer. I can also understand why Yoko has used them, but in my opinion they really shouldn't have been made public in the first place. Sometimes the tabloids don't know where to draw the line.

I think Yoko used those photos in the Woman video because she wanted people to have an understanding about John's tragic death and to come to terms with it.

When I watched the Woman video, it was like this.
I was listening to such a soothing song, seeing photos of him alive - and then the morgue shot (that I hadn't seen before) came up. It really hit me, it is somehow hard to remember the man isn't with us after listening to his songs. That photo hit home. He isn't. It made me sad and quite more determined as a fan to appreciate the works more. Anger of this will do nothing, what done is done.

I was shocked too, and I've always thought Yoko herself took the picture. Now I'm stunned that some "vampire" did it...... what a shame!

I know it is cliche, but what only matters is when he was alive. That photo means nothing to me. He is still alive in his music. That is immortal.

Other than that, I like the rest of the video, and Woman is one of my favourite songs. I agree. I can understand why she used the picture, but I don't think it was that appropriate. I always cry when I see it. And the glasses covered in blood... really upset me, 'cause I know that there was this amazing guy who used to wear them, but not anymore. It's the fact that they're linked to John that upsets me.
