Hey, lennonfan, THANKS for mentioning my site! ;D I'm glad you like the avatars. I currently have 115 of them up and some I haven't even added yet. I occasionally add more and plan to do some other "Beatle people" like Stu, Pete, the Beatles wives, etc. when I get a chance.
Thanks again

I like your site too. I love the avatars and the song of the moment.

THANKS nowheregirl, I appreciate it! I plan to keep updating and adding to the site, so check back when you can. I'll even take requests for avatars to be made, or maybe you have a picture you'd like avatar size, I can do it. By the way, is there a way to receive an email when someone posts on a thread that I've posted on? In other words, a "subscribe to this thread" type of thing? Thanks!

By the way, is there a way to receive an email when someone posts on a thread that I've posted on? In other words, a "subscribe to this thread" type of thing? Thanks! Yes, you can. This is how to do it: 1. Click the word 'bookmark' at the top or bottom of the thread. 2. Go to your profile, choose 'bookmarks', then 'manage bookmarks'. 3. You can then set Email Notification for each thread you've bookmarked. Just let me know if you have any problems!

OK, thanks! That's a few steps to go through, I never would've found that. I don't want to hi-jack the thread, but I do have another question: In the forum, what does Karma and PeacePoints mean and how are they calculated? Just wondering. Thanks

In the forum, what does Karma and PeacePoints mean and how are they calculated? Just wondering. If you like something another member has posted, you can give them Karma (exalt) or if you don't like something they've posted, you can take away Karma (smite). But don't worry, we're a friendly group here so we don't smite each other very often! Peace Points are an idea I came up with to encourage people to post more often. They're explained in more detail here. lennonfans.proboards81.com/index.cgi?board=announcements&action=display&thread=1180261533&page=1You get 200 Peace Points when you join, then 3 more for every post you make...and there are lots of other ways to win extra points.
