Apart from the Beatles movies, Ringo appeared in Candy, The Magic Christian, That'll Be The Day, Caveman and a few others.
Has anyone seen any of Ringo's movies?

No, unfortunately I haven't. I've seen all of the Beatles movies and thought Ringo was the best actor of the four, but I've never had the opportunity to see any of the others you listed.

That's okay, I didn't really expect anyone would have seen them - I was just curious to know whether anyone had.

Yes I have seen "That'll Be The day" that Ringo appeared in with David Essex, a name most of the Pommes out there will know. Ringo was brilliant in this film, although admittedly he was only portraying what he would have been in Hamburg in the early sixties and that is a streetwise Ted. The film is worth a watch I remember it with fondness. Love and Peace.

I have just watched Caveman. This film stars, Ringo Starr as Atouk and Barbara Bach as Lana. This film is really funny and worth a watch. Ringo gets a lot of screen time as he is the star of the movie. The film is set one zillion BC on October 9 (I wonder why they used that date?) and follows Atouks' quest for the lovely Lana. throughout this film Atouk discovers Fire, how to walk upright and how to fry an egg. Despite these achievments all he really wants to do is ZUG ZUG Lana. Ringo is brilliant, give it a go.

Thanks for the information - I'll have to watch those if I get the chance. I looked on Amazon and I noticed they're both available on there.
